The bathroom consists of a shower, handbasin and toilet and the adjacent laundry is accessed via a slide door off the covered side entry.
Other features of the home include open shelving, storage cupboards and a detached garage. Raised brick garden bed runs the length of the front verandah and with some colourful plants would frame the cottage beautifully.
Double front gates enclose the yard, and the concrete driveway runs along the southern side of the property to the detached garage. Landscaping is minimal making it low maintenance if utilised as a holiday home.
For short term plans - a great little getaway to use now and dream of long-term plans to develop in the future given the central location, level block and quality homes that surround this property.
